Infrastructure

Currently as a part of Nursing Curriculum and clinical practice, the college has all the departments such as Medical Surgical, Mental Health Nursing, Community Health Nursing, OBG Nursing and Child Health Nursing. All the departments are well equipped with their own laboratories including nursing foundation and nutrition lab. For clinical practice the college is attached with parent hospital i.e. Chandni Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Kanpur which is a 245 bedded a multi super speciality hospital recognized by NABH, NABL.

Classroom are spacious, well ventilated and have good seating arrangement.

The institute has always given special importance to the use of Technology. Its state-of-the art facilities are perhaps the best among the premier Institute of Nursing. We have Manikins pertaining to all the medical disciplines including super specialities.

Our Library houses an excellent collection of Text Books, Journals, Magazines, Audio-Visual aids, CD-ROM's and Students Project reports. The Library caters to the needs of the Students of the institute, providing a collection of tiles related to Nursing and allied disciplines. It is working towards meeting the present and future needs of the faculty and students.

As part of the efforts to develop centres of excellence in different areas of Nursing, the computing facilities support teaching, research and training activities. The hardware resources of the institute include Campus wide network, Network services, dedicated internet and internet email services. Desktop PCs, Multimedia PCs, Photo Scanners, DVD/CD-writers and Laser Printer etc. All the computing tools are interconnected through a switch based network with 100 mbps backbone and 100 mbps dedicated access using fiber optic cable (OFC) and CAT6 cables. Internet access is provided using BSNL. Broadband Technology connectivity of 2Mbps.
